■ Flame-retardant carpets for railways and aircraft (carpet fabric + rubber-based resin + flame retardant processing) - Rubber-based resin is applied to the carpet fabric while simultaneously conducting flame retardant processing. - It is a high-level flame-retardant composite material that meets the high flame retardant standards of railways and aircraft. - Maximum width of 4m, total thickness of 6mm (rubber-based resin thickness of 1mm). - Achievements: Carpets for railways, carpets for aircraft. ■ Capable of manufacturing wide and long rubber-based composites with a width of 4m (e.g., composite material roll of 4m width × 30m). ■ Line speed: Capable of manufacturing at a maximum of 8m/min (32 square meters/min). ■ Flame retardant, water-repellent, antibacterial, and antiviral functions can be added upon request. ■ Composites can be made with any material that can be rolled, such as non-woven fabrics, textiles, paper, metal foils, and resin sheets. ■ Composites can be sourced from both domestic and overseas manufacturers. ■ From design to prototyping and mass production, we provide consistent support at a single domestic location certified with ISO9001 and 14001.
